A leading healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a First Contact Physiotherapist to join a dynamic team. This role involves working on-site at GP practices where you will assess, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal patients independently. You will have opportunities for advanced skills, including injection therapy and independent prescribing with structured supervision and support. This position offers a chance to significantly impact patient care in a supportive environment.
We are delighted to be recruiting a First Contact Physiotherapist (0.5 FTE / 18.75 hours per week) to join our established and experienced team. You will work on‑site in GP practices as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. You’ll assess, diagnose, and manage MSK patients at the first point of contact - with full autonomy and clinical support.
This is not a hybrid or remote position. You’ll be embedded in your practice(s), working closely with GPs, receptionists, nurses, and other MDT colleagues to deliver integrated, personalised patient care.
You will have the opportunity to use or develop advanced skills, including injection therapy and independent prescribing, supported by protected CPD time and structured supervision.
