Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) in Reading is seeking a First Aid Trainer or Trainee First Aid Trainer to deliver engaging courses across the local area, helping learners gain essential life-saving skills.

You’ll receive full training with a recognised Level 3 Qualification, and work Monday to Friday 08:30–16:30. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required. A your own vehicle is required and mileage is paid.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Passion for helping and educating others
• Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities

• Delivering and assessing training courses to a professional and engaging standard
• Creating a positive learning environment that encourages participation
• Maintaining and developing your own subject knowledge and training skills
• Preparing training venues and equipment ahead of sessions
• Conducting dynamic risk assessments when required
• Building strong relationships with learners and venue contacts
• Ensuring training equipment is maintained, clean and fit for purpose
