Global Fire and Security Systems in Midlands is seeking a Fire & Security Systems Project Engineer - Installation and Commissioning to install, commission and integrate fire and life-safety systems on customer sites.

You will lead on-site, supervise teams, interpret drawings, ensure compliance with codes, and maintain high standards of safety and customer service. The role offers competitive pay up to £55,000+ with overtime and door-to-door earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience with fire life-safety systems and site installation.
• Knowledge of standards/regulations and on-site safety practices.
• Ability to interpret drawings and plans.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission Fire, Life Safety and Security systems.
• Inspect sites to identify safety hazards and ensure compliance.
• Recommend changes to improve project efficiency.
• Understand interconnectivity between systems.
• Test and troubleshoot to ensure proper operation.
• Provide end-user training on system use.
• Adhere to safety standards and address systemic issues.
