To lead enterprise technology transformation across Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service, with an initial focus on the implementation and optimisation of FireWatch as the Service's core ERP platform. The role will also drive broader digital innovation, ensuring systems are modern, scalable, and aligned with operational needs. This includes exploring and integrating emerging technologies such as AI, mobile platforms, exploiting the use of data and data analytics to enhance service delivery, operational readiness, and workforce engagement.
