Fire Suppression Water Systems Maintenance Engineer

Location: Birmingham Area – Field Based.

Contract: Full time, Permanent (PAYE).

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, plus profit share.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing, maintaining, and servicing water mist solutions used in fire suppression systems.
• Applying knowledge of fire prevention systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Working across commercial sites to maintain water pipes, pumps, and associated equipment.
• Assisting with reactive and planned maintenance tasks to minimise disruption to client operations.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with water pipes, pumps, or fire suppression systems in a commercial setting.
• Experience with large water pumps, fire suppression systems, and sprinklers.
• Background in commercial mechanical installation/fixing of water pipes and pumps; a bonus if you have electrical M&E experience.
• Resident in the Birmingham area.
• Clean enhanced level 1 background check.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
