Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects (£5k to £2m) in construction.
• Practiced at management of on-site labour.
• Knowledge of CDM Management Principles.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in project execution.
• Manage and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory processes.

Skills

Working knowledge of engineering drawings

Managing small and large budget projects

Management of on-site labour & resources

Knowledge of production of project documentation

Familiarity with standard MS office applications

Education

Relevant NVQ / NHD / HNC / City & Guilds in Building Services or Mechanical discipline
