Job summary

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service is inviting expressions of interest for a permanent Crew Manager Training Academy – Recruits. The appointed person will join a dedicated development path aligned to the DDS, with a 12% training allowance after a development period.

Eligibility includes being a substantive Firefighter or Crew Manager and meeting the listed qualifications. From 1 April 2024, new development pay scales apply for those moving into development or acting-up roles, as set by
