Banham is seeking a Technical Tutor for Banham Academy in Earlsfield, London. You will train fire and security systems apprentices, delivering high-quality instruction and practical sessions to develop the next generation of engineers. The role emphasizes hands-on training, material development, and collaboration with management to meet development goals.

• Proficiency in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Confident communicator, both verbal and written.
• Highly organised, methodical, thrives in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver top-notch training in Fire & Security Systems to apprentices.
• Support Management Team to achieve development goals.
• Train apprentices to meet the FESS Level 3 Standard.
• Develop and deliver engaging learning materials.
• Create and promote commercial training modules.
• Provide classroom and online technical training.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures.
• Prepare and edit learner documentation.
• Maintain smooth operation of the training academy.
• Engage with external clients and agencies.
• Offer career advice and assist with apprentice recruitment.
• Coach and develop apprentices.
