Job summary

Jackson Fire & Security is seeking a dedicated Fire & Security Systems Engineer to cover Ripon, Harrogate and surrounding areas. The role offers a base salary in the £30k–£33k range with on-target earnings of £42k+ and a strong training pathway.

You’ll join a growing team with tailored training, a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, and opportunities for development as you gain experience in fire and security systems across various sites.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing or providing engineering support in the electrical industry or similar.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install fire extinguishers and security equipment at customer sites.
• Service large commercial fire or intruder alarm systems.
• Install CCTV or access control systems as needed.
• Represent the company professionally and deliver superb customer service.
