Job summary

Brook Street is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Belfast for a Fire & Security Systems Engineer to join their growing team. The role covers installation, servicing and fault finding of fire alarm and security systems across customer sites, ensuring compliance with current regulations and high standards.

You'll have manufacturer training and opportunities for career progression within a supportive team. Some on-call rota duties are required outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Fire & Security Systems Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience installing, servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
• BFPSA, FIA or BS5839 training/certification.
• Knowledge and experience of CCTV and/or Access Control systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain fire alarm and electronic security systems.
• Complete certification and ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Respond to faults and restore systems to full operation.
• Participate in an on-call rota as required and provide professional service across sites.
