Qualifications

• Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry.
• Experience of front-line customer contact preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to the service team.
• Ensure efficient delivery of all PPM and small works.
• Manage staff expenses, annual leave requests, and overtime.
• Ensure KPI’s are met, including service dates and management of sales enquiries.
• Provide senior management progress reports and business reports.
• Deliver high levels of customer service.
• Develop existing relationships and create new ones.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Stay alert to industry changes and strategize for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
