Your Role as a Fire & Security Service Engineer

Maintain Fire and Security systems according to standards and customer requirements. Contribute to the team, deliver excellent customer service, and be rewarded.

• Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your assigned area
• Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems
• Plan and respond to routine and reactive visits
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding site visits
• Manage stock levels with support from Stores
• Attend training sessions as required
• Participate in team meetings
• Identify personal training needs to improve customer service

Our Systems

Fire: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec

Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco

CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Analogue Systems

Access Control: Paxton, PAC, Salto

• Good knowledge of Fire and Security Systems
• Front-line customer experience preferred
