Job summary

V7 Recruitment is seeking a Fire & Security Installation Technician for the South East region. You will install and service fire and security systems, working across domestic, commercial and industrial sites in East Sussex and Kent, following NSI and BAFE standards.

The role is 40 hours a week, full-time and permanent, with 22 days leave plus bank holidays. Benefits include a company van, laptop, mobile, uniform and a workplace pension. Ongoing training and development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing and maintaining fire and security systems.
• Knowledge of NSI/BAFE standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installations, remedial works & fault rectifications across fire and security systems.
• Work in line with relevant NSI and BAFE standards.
• Work across domestic, commercial and industrial environments.
• Complete comprehensive reports following site visits.
• Participate in the standby rota.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional communication.
• Undertake ongoing training and development to maintain and improve technical knowledge.
