Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in installation, servicing and repair across various manufacturer’s systems.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair fire and security systems across intruder alarms, CCTV and access control.
• Provide technical support and fault diagnosis to customers via telephone or in person.
