Embrace Associates in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our growing team. You will service and maintain fire alarm systems, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and automated gates across commercial and residential properties.

The role requires independent fault-finding, strong customer service, and willingness to travel, including occasional nationwide work.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Full UK driving licence and flexible travel.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, gates and barriers.
• Carry out planned maintenance per standards.
• Diagnose, fault-find and repair issues.
• Complete service reports and documentation.
• Provide technical advice to customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with regulations and emerging technologies.
• Participate in out-of-hours rota.
• Travel to customer sites including nationwide travel.
