Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience with Intruder and Access Control systems.
• Good understanding of health and safety and risk management.
• Experience in commercial, education or high-security environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, repairs, fault-finding and small works across systems.
• Diagnose and rectify faults across panels, circuits and components.
• Liaise with customers to arrange and complete work professionally.
• Support emergency call-out rota as required.

Skills

Experience maintaining and repairing Fire Alarm systems to BAFE standards

Experience with CCTV (IP + analogue)

Knowledge of Gent, Advanced, Notifier systems

Ability to work independently

Strong customer communication

Education

Full UK driving licence
