Renowned for their high standards, modern training facilities, and commitment to professional development, they support clients across the commercial, healthcare, and defence sectors.

Due to continued growth and expansion into Fire Safety, they are now seeking a Senior Fire Safety Training Consultant to join their growing team at their Slough Training Centre.

In this role, you will deliver a range of fire safety courses to clients across the commercial, healthcare (NHS), and defence sectors. Courses include: Fire Safety Response Person (Commercial and NHS), Fire Door Survey and Inspection, Fire and Smoke Damper Survey and Inspection, Fire Stopping Survey and Inspection and Fire Safety Technical Awareness.

You will provide training, practical demonstrations, and assessments, helping delegates understand and apply current fire safety legislation, codes of practice, and compliance standards.

The Role
  • Deliver accredited Fire Safety and Compliance training to clients across multiple sectors
  • Deliver and assess courses including Fire Response, Fire Door, Fire Damper, Fire Stopping, and Technical Awareness
  • Ensure all training materials and course content meet legislative and awarding body standards
  • Maintain and update course content in line with current fire safety regulations and HTMs
  • Monday to Friday (no weekends or shifts)
  • Opportunities for professional development and formal trainer qualifications
  • Full training provided
The Person
  • Experience within Fire Service, Fire Risk Assessment, or Fire Safety Management
  • Practical understanding of fire doors, smoke/fire dampers, fire stopping, and technical fire safety compliance
  • Knowledge of HTMs, Fire Safety Legislation, and Codes of Practice
  • Professional Fire Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Fire, Fire Safety Management, or equivalent)
  • Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH / IOSH)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for short periods
