Job summary

Moxie People is seeking a Fire Surveyor for a major housing provider in the United Kingdom. You will oversee fire door surveys, inspections, fire stopping, and remedial programmes, collaborating with contractors and internal teams to ensure ongoing compliance.

The role is initially a 6-month FTC with flexible, hybrid working, generous holiday entitlement, a strong pension, and dedicated compliance support to help you deliver across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire safety compliance and housing standards.
• Ability to inspect and survey fire doors and related systems.
• Capable of coordinating remedial programmes with contractors.

Fire Surveyor | Looking for a role where building safety is genuinely taken seriously

Not every Fire Surveyor role is the same.

Some involve chasing actions that never get completed. Some leave you carrying responsibility without the support to back it up.

This isn't one of those roles.

We're working with a major housing provider that has made significant investment in building safety, fire compliance and the long-term quality of its homes.

You'll be responsible for overseeing fire door survey & inspections, fire stopping, managing remedial programmes and working closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance standards are consistently achieved.

The portfolio isn't substantial. The investment is already approved. The work is planned for the long term but will be an initial 6 month FTC
