• Challenge the business where additional controls or investment are needed.
• Support new building and development projects.
• Advise on Building Regulations, Building Control and fire safety requirements.
• Work with site teams to understand practical challenges.
• Build strong relationships while confidently providing challenge.
• Travel across the UK to support different sites.
