Job summary

Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service seeks a Fire Safety Inspector Grade 7 to regulate and enforce fire safety standards across Lancashire, at various locations. You must hold Level 3 Certificate in Fire Safety or Level 4 Diploma and be committed to protecting communities through effective fire safety regulation, inspection and enforcement.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Certificate in Fire Safety or Level 4 Diploma required.
• Experience in fire safety regulation, inspection and enforcement preferred.
• Public sector roles with inclusive culture valued.

Responsibilities

• Inspect premises for fire safety compliance and risk, across Lancashire.
• Enforce fire safety regulations and provide enforcement actions as needed.
• Advise organisations on safe fire practices and improvements.

Level 3 Certificate in Fire Safety
