Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of fire safety management within a diverse portfolio.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the Fire Risk Assessment process.
• Understanding of legislation relating to fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for fire safety compliance.
• Ensure up-to-date fire safety strategies at corporate locations.
• Manage the corporate Fire Risk Assessment Programme.
• Monitor fire safety checks and maintain records.
• Co-ordinate maintenance and replacement of fire safety equipment.
