Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular testing, servicing, and inspection of fire safety systems.
  • Record outcomes on the asset management system using mobile devices.
  • Report faults, malfunctions, or safety issues found during inspections.
  • Raise urgent orders and repairs when required.
  • Work with the Building Services team to improve consistency.

Skills

Technical knowledge of building services equipment
Understanding of Health & Safety requirements
Hands-on experience with fire alarms

ICEL Advanced maintenance & operation in emergency lighting
ICEL Emergency lighting foundation & design
FIA Unit 1 Fire detection & design
