• Tier 2 Registered Fire Risk Assessor (CFRAR) or equivalent recognized registration.
• Proven ability to complete low and medium-complexity assessments independently.

• Carry out low and medium-complexity fire risk assessments.
• Conduct detailed site inspections across different properties.
