Job summary

A professional services organization in the UK is seeking a qualified Fire Risk Assessor. This home-based role involves conducting assessments across various sectors. You'll have autonomy in your work with support for professional development and competitive compensation. The ideal candidate will possess at least a Level 3 Fire Safety qualification and relevant assessment experience. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in carrying out fire risk assessments or H&S role with fire risk responsibilities.
  • A Level 3 Fire Safety qualification (NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent) as a minimum.

  • Advising clients on corrective actions and building long-term relationships.
  • Managing your own diary to balance independence with team collaboration.
  • Staying up to date with legislation, CPD and best practice.
What you'll need
  • Experience in carrying out fire risk assessments (or H&S role with fire risk responsibilities).
  • A Level 3 Fire Safety qualification (NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent) as a minimum - additional fire qualifications (e.g. fire doors, fire stopping) are desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • A passion for professional growth and delivering best practice in fire safety.
