A leading fire safety consultancy in the Manchester area is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor. You will conduct fire risk assessments, provide technical safety advice, and liaise with clients. The ideal candidate has a Level 3 qualification and 2+ years of experience. This role offers a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus a hybrid working model and additional benefits including a £5k car allowance.

Qualifications

• Currently on a life safety risk register.

About our client

1st Select are working in partnership with a leading fire safety consultancy who are looking to add a Fire Risk Assessor to their team in the Manchester area. Our client delivers a full Fire Risk Assessment and consultancy service to both National and Local clients throughout the United Kingdom.

About the role

You will be required to:

• Carry out fire risk assessments on a range of different properties
• Carry out compartmentation surveys when required
• Carry out fire door surveys
• Provide technical fire safety advice
• Liaise with clients

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years' experience carrying out fire risk assessments
• Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification or equivalent
• Membership with a recognised professional body is preferred - IFSM or IFE
• Be on a current life safety risk register
