Responsibilities

• Undertake Fire Risk Assessments across London, Surrey and surrounding regions
• Use approved FRA software to produce detailed, accurate reports to the highest standard
• Ensure all building fire risks are identified, recorded and communicated clearly
• Submit reports to the back-office team and maintain strong communication regarding remedial recommendations
• Work collaboratively with the wider compliance team to support clients in maintaining safe and compliant premises
• Opportunity for further development in Fire Door Inspection and Fire Stopping / Compartmentation Inspection, enabling a broader survey offering

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified Fire Risk Assessor
• Fully conversant with PAS 79 methodology
• Full UK driving licence
• Proactive, self-motivated and professional
• Strong communication skills
