Location: M40 Corridor, M25 West, Oxford to Bristol

About the Role

We're working with a leading fire safety consultancy that specialises in delivering expert risk assessments and tailored fire safety solutions. They're currently looking to expand their team with a qualified Fire Risk Assessor who holds third-party accreditation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough fire risk assessments in residential, communal, and HMO environments.
  • Deliver clear, compliant reports aligned with current fire safety regulations.
  • Advise clients on evacuation strategies and general fire safety practices.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to suggest fire safety solutions.
  • Keep up to date with fire safety legislation, standards, and industry developments.
Candidate Profile
  • Must hold third-party accreditation as a Fire Risk Assessor.
  • Demonstrated experience in residential and HMO fire risk assessments.
  • Solid understanding of fire safety laws and compliance.
  • Confident in providing consultancy services, including evacuation planning.
  • Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Self-driven and capable of managing your own schedule.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the M40 corridor, M25 West, Oxford and Bristol areas.
