Zusammenfassung

Together Housing Group is seeking a Fire Joinery Technician to join our People and Property Safety team, covering properties across the Yorkshire & Humber region. You will carry out fire safety and joinery works, including installation and maintenance of fire doors and fire-stopping measures, helping to keep our homes safe and compliant.

You will deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance, provide excellent customer service, and work closely with colleagues to maintain the highest standards

Qualifikationen

• Experience in all aspects of joinery within repairs and maintenance.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience maximising jobs completed within one visit.
• Experience installing fire-rated joinery products.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety within repair and maintenance environments.

Aufgaben

• Carry out joinery repairs to occupied and vacant properties with quality and compliance.
• Install fire doors and fire-stopping to protect fire compartmentation.
• Plan and organise workload efficiently, ensuring safety and schedule.
• Provide excellent customer care, protect tenants' homes during works, maintain cleanliness.
• Diagnose issues, obtain approvals where required, deliver cost-effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety legislation and procedures.
• Maintain records, complete job sheets daily.
• Manage van stock, ensure materials are accounted for and vehicle safety.
• Procure materials in line with framework agreements; report quality concerns.
• Uphold equality, diversity and customer service standards.
• Support trainees/apprentices and contribute to the wider team.
