Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment Services is recruiting a Fire Door Installer to join a growing accredited fire door and security company operating across London and the South East. This field-based role is suited to an experienced engineer with a strong background in fire door installations, remedial works and maintenance.

You will deliver high-quality fire door solutions while ensuring compliance with fire safety standards across client sites in London and the South East, with travel across multiple sites

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing and repairing fire doors.
• Experience carrying out fire door remedial works.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong knowledge of fire door compliance and installation standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fire door remedial works, maintenance and repairs to industry standards.
• Install complete fire-rated doorsets and door leaves.
• Ensure all works comply with current fire safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Work safely and maintain high standards of workmanship at all times.
• Liaise with management regarding daily work schedules and project updates.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and colleagues, delivering high standards of customer service.
• Be flexible with travel throughout London and surrounding areas to various client locations.
• Maintain accurate job records, including installation and maintenance documentation, and submit all required paperwork promptly.
• Represent the company professionally whilst on-site.
