PYRA Construction Solutions is seeking an experienced Fire Door Contracts Manager to lead multiple fire door installation and remedial contracts in the West Midlands. You will coordinate mobilisation, handover and ongoing delivery of projects across social housing, NHS, commercial and public sector sites.
The role focuses on delivering safely, efficiently and profitably, with emphasis on compliance, documentation and client liaison. Based in Birmingham/West Midlands, with site travel as required.

PYRA Construction Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Door Contracts Manager on behalf of an established and growing Passive Fire Protection contractor based in the West Midlands.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple fire door installation and remedial contracts.
This is a key appointment within the business and an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in passive fire to join an established management team and take ownership of a portfolio of live projects.
The successful candidate will ideally be based within Birmingham or the wider West Midlands and able to commute to the company's office on a daily basis, alongside travelling to live projects as required.
As Fire Door Contracts Manager, you will typically take responsibility for managing contracts from mobilisation through to completion and handover.

You will act as the key point of contact between clients, site management, operatives and senior management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably and in accordance with the required fire safety and compliance standards.

Formal qualifications are beneficial; however, proven industry experience and the ability to successfully manage fire door contracts are the primary requirements for this position.
The ideal candidate will have developed their career within an established passive fire protection contractor and be accustomed to working within an environment where compliance, documentation, quality, process and accountability are taken seriously.
This position would suit an experienced Fire Door Contracts Manager who can join the business and take ownership of their contracts from an early stage without requiring significant training or supervision.
