Job summary

A leading contractor in fire protection is seeking an experienced Fire Door Contracts Manager to join their team in Lancashire. The role involves producing estimates, attending site meetings, and ensuring compliance with fire door legislation. Applicants should hold FIRAS/BM-Trada accreditation and possess a strong knowledge of fire door requirements. In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, 28 days annual leave, and a company car or allowance. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Fire Door Contracts Manager

50-55,000/annum plus package

DCS are recruiting for an experienced Fire Door Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.

Our client, a leading contractor in the fire protection market, have successfully tendered for new contracts and are now looking to grow the team.

Day to day duties will include but not be limited to producing estimates and quotations for fire door contracts, attending site progress meetings, monitoring efficiency of the on-site teams, generating and issue reports, controlling contract budgets and ensuring all necessary certification/compliance is in place.

The successful applicant will have a strong knowledge of fire door legislation, hold FIRAS/BM-Trada accreditation and a positive attitude to growing this side of the business.

In return you will receive a competitive salary, 28 days annual leave and company car/car allowance.

Hours of work are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
