Overview

We are actively looking for a Fire Door Contract Manager to join a leading PFP provider in Nottingham permanently. Role responsibilities

• Day to day management of the fire door teams
• Ensuring all contracts run on schedule and to budget
• Reviewing strategies, policies, and procedures and updating and developing them in line with new legislation
• Analysing reports written from the team

Qualifications / Experience

• Extensive technical fire knowledge including fire doors
• Understanding of joinery procedures
• Contract management experience
• An understanding of social housing is desirable
• A detailed understanding of the Fire Safety / Building Safety Act
• Health and safety experience on-site
• BM TRADA qualification desirable
