Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a FRA Carpenter/Fire Door Carpenter for a 12-month fixed contract in London/Sidcup. You will assess fire doors for proper installation and maintenance, perform minor repairs, and document work on a PDA while delivering solid customer service.

Ideal candidates have FRA/fire door specialist experience, social housing exposure, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK. This role offers long-term possibilities and a stable assignment within housing associations.

Qualifications

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a FRA Carpenter / Fire Door Carpenter based in London.

Day to Day for FRA carpenter / Fire Door Carpenter:

• Evaluatefire doors for correct installation, maintenance and repair.
• Carrying out minor repairs and frame manipulation where necessary
• Documenting your workusing a PDA.
• Good costumer service
