Job summary

Progroup Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced Fire Damper Remedial Engineers to work on a self-employed CIS basis across Nottingham and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fire Damper Engineer looking for consistent subcontract work with a growing passive fire protection contractor.

You will be responsible for completing fire damper remedial works identified through inspections and surveys across a range of commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Experience with fire damper remedial works on commercial properties.
• Ability to manage workload and travel between sites.
• Self-employed CIS contractor status.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out fire damper remedial works, repairs, and replacements.
• Rectifying defects identified during fire damper inspections.
• Completing works to the required industry standards and specifications.
• Working on commercial sites including healthcare, education, and public sector projects.
• Completing job sheets, photographs, and remedial reports accurately.
• Managing your own workload and travelling to assigned sites.
