• Experience undertaking remedial duties on Fire Dampers is preferred.
• A successful track record as a Fire Damper / Air Hygiene Engineer.
• Ideally holds the BS9999 qualification.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the inspection, testing and servicing of Fire Dampers.
• Complete repairs and remedial tasks to Fire Dampers.
• Perform thorough cleans of kitchen extract and ventilation systems.
• Conduct risk assessments on site to scope for new projects.
• Meet clients on site to discuss requirements.
• Produce thorough quotations for works.

Skills

Working knowledge of BS9999 and TR19 guidelines

Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

Ability to interpret schematic / CAD drawings

Successful track record as a Fire Damper / Air Hygiene Engineer

Flexible to travel as required

Our client is a well-established Ventilation / Air Hygiene company with a strong presence across the Midlands. Due to continued company growth, they are seeking an experienced Fire Damper / Air Hygiene Engineer who is technically-minded and switched-on. Candidates with experience undertaking remedial duties on Fire Dampers are preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided for hardworking engineers.

Experience / Qualifications

• Successful track record working as a Fire Damper / Air Hygiene Engineer
