Overview

Responsibilities

• Leading a number of high‑level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation
• Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of £5 million+
• Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high‑quality standard

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple contracts
• Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry
• Delivering budgets of minimum £400 k a month
• Experience leading a team
