Job summary

Monmouthshire County Council is seeking a skilled Fire Compliance Officer to join the Facilities and Maintenance team in Usk. You will provide expert fire safety knowledge across the council estate, producing Fire Risk Assessments and ensuring adherence to recommendations.

We're seeking a skilled Fire Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager and will work alongside the existing team to provide expert fire safety knowledge for management of all fire safety matters across the council estate, including the production of all Fire Risk Assessments and ensuring adherence to all recommendations.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year. i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers

Location

County Hall, Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
