Reed Specialist Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a North London local authority for a temporary Fire Contract and Compliance Manager. The role leads the Fire Compliance team, manages the FRA programme, FRA remedials, and the door inspection programme, with three days per week based at Brent offices and site visits.

The ideal candidate will have extensive fire safety compliance experience, strong leadership, and regulatory knowledge.

Formación

• Proven experience in fire safety compliance and contract management.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and complex projects.
• In-depth understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support: directly manage up to 4 team members in the Fire Compliance team.
• Programme management: oversee the FRA programme and compliance aspects.
• Inspections and remedials: manage the door inspection programme and coordinate remediation actions.
• Stakeholder engagement: work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
