Job Summary

Service Maintenance Sales BDM (courses on Fire systems) – Manchester to Birmingham area. Up to £50k+ base salary, 20k+ OTE, plus car or car allowance.

Responsibilities
  • Sell B2B Service Agreements over the phone and face‑to‑face to maintain Fire & Security systems.
  • Promote services to companies wishing to have their Fire Alarm Systems maintained, calculate pricing based on site requirements, and close sales contracts.
  • Contact companies, follow up leads, and sell service contracts or maintenance agreements in the Fire Alarm, Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Stopping, Fire Detection, and Fire & Security space.
  • Develop relationships with Facilities Management Companies and end users to ensure compliant servicing of their systems.
  • Call and sell contracts, calculate pricing based on what requires maintaining at sites & locations companies have, and close sales.
Qualifications
  • New business B2B sales experience (Hunter mindset).
  • Preferable experience selling Fire or Security Service Sales/Maintenance agreements to Facilities Maintenance companies.
  • Upbeat attitude, business‑to‑business sales by phone and face‑to‑face.
  • Experience similar to Recruitment Consultant, BDM, or Sales person acceptable.
  • Location: Manchester, North West, Staffordshire, Birmingham, West Midlands – home based but must travel when needed.
