Fire & Security Installation & Service Engineer

Location: Hampshire and surrounding areas

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 basic (DOE) + Overtime + Call‑Out Payments

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the installation, servicing and maintenance of a range of fire and security systems, including:

• Fire Alarms (Addressable and Conventional)
• Intruder Alarms
• CCTV Systems
• Access Control

You’ll work across a mix of commercial and domestic sites, ensuring systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.

What’s On Offer

• Basic Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience)
• Call‑Out Rota: 1 week in 7 (approx.)
• £25 per day on call, double rate on weekends
• Typical weekly call‑out payment: £225
• Overtime available to increase overall earnings
• Company vehicle, tools and fuel card provided
• Ongoing training and career development

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience within fire and/or security system installation and servicing
• Good working knowledge of systems such as Kentec, Advanced, Morley, Paxton, Hikvision or Texecom
• Full UK driving licence
