Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Fire and Security Engineer to cover Cardiff and surrounding areas. The role offers a salary of £35,000–£42,000 with a company vehicle, overtime, holidays, and call-out opportunities.

Requirements include intruder service experience, fire knowledge, knowledge of intruder alarms and CCTV, fault-finding and installation experience, excellent customer service, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience with intruder service and fire knowledge is essential.
• Ability to install, service and fault-find intruder Alarm and CCTV systems.
• Strong customer service skills required; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Install and service intruder systems, CCTV and access control.
• Perform maintenance and fault finding on security systems.
• Provide high-quality customer service and on-site support in Cardiff and surrounding areas.

• Intruder Service Experience (Galaxy would be beneficial)
• Fire Knowledge (Advanced, kentech and morley would be useful)
• Knowledge of Intruder alarms
• Excellent customer service skills
• CCTV IP Knowledge also beneficial
• Fault Finding experience
• Installation experience
• Ability to work by yourself and within a team
• Full UK Driving license
