Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our team, working on client sites across Carlisle and surrounding areas. The role involves servicing, maintenance, and small works on fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and fire extinguishers.

This is a field-based position, traveling directly from home to client sites. Door-to-door travel time is paid, ensuring full compensation for your working day.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and carry out small works on fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV systems, and fire extinguishers
• Perform minor installation or remedial work as required
• Accurately report all work carried out to the office
• Work independently or assist other engineers on-site
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime may be required at short notice
• Overtime paid at an enhanced rate

Compensation & Benefits

• £36,000 - £38,000 per year

Probation & Screening
