• Experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarms is a prerequisite.

• Experience working with multiple customers and balancing workload.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team to address client and company requirements.
• Prioritise customer requirements and be the main point of contact.
• Service and commission security systems including fire alarms.
• Assist projects departments with quotes and completion of works.
• Be part of an out of hours callout rota.
• Travel to customer sites in London and South of England.
