Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for safety and technology? Whether you're experienced in both disciplines or specialise in either fire or security systems, we want to hear from you! Training is provided for single-discipline candidates.

About the Role

As a Security and Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the safe, compliant servicing and maintenance of our clients' systems. You'll deliver excellent customer service, provide technical advice, and ensure all systems meet compliance and performance standards.

Technical Requirements

You should be familiar with:

  • Compliance Standards: NSI PD6662 (Intruder Alarms), NCP 104 & BS EN 62676 (CCTV), NCP 109 (Access Control)
  • Networking & Systems: LAN/WAN, POE, Microsoft OS (XP to Windows 10), switches/routers, SQL, XML, MS Office
  • Integrated Systems: IP/Analog/Digital systems
  • Systems Experience (Preferred)
  • CCTV & PA Systems: Hikvision, Bosch, Axis, Milestone, Honeywell, Samsung, TOA, Redwall, GJD
  • Access Control: Salto, Paxton, TDSI, Honeywell Win-Pak
  • Intruder Alarms: Honeywell Galaxy, Texecom, Pyronix, Risco
  • Fire Alarms & Nurse Call: Gent, CTEC, Notifier, Hochiki, Morley
  • Intercoms: Videx, BPT, 2N, Telguard
Working Hours

8-hour shifts Monday to Friday - Weekend availability

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Fire and/or Security Servicing
  • Fluent in English
  • Full UK Driving Licence
