  • Experience with systems like GENT, Siemens, Morley, Kentec, Notifier, Ziton & Eaton
  • Knowledge of ATEX, VESDA, and graphical interfaces
  • Electrical background; FIA Units 1, 4 & 5 desirable
  • Strong fault-finding and problem‑solving skills
  • IT proficiency and excellent customer service
