Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related) is required.
• Experience in certification processes is advantageous.
• Experience in project work and PM skills (time management, planning) valued.
• Ability to rapidly familiarise with unfamiliar topics.
• Meticulous, careful work with critical questioning of steps.
• Broad transferable knowledge in technical and project disciplines.
• Confident presentation skills to customers, employees and management.
• Strong service orientation and drive for process optimization.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, manage execution of basic electronics certification projects.
• Analyze project scope, hardware, test setups and performance specs; establish test programs.
• Coordinate with Sales and customers for project offers and communications.
• Create project plans and regular management reports.
• Plan tests in internal/external laboratories; coordinate with worldwide labs.
• Adhere to planned timeframes; own deadlines and progress tracking.
• Plan and conduct customer witness tests on-site or at external labs.
• Produce and maintain project documentation; ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Support management during audits; identify improvements and training needs.
• Expand customer contact and networking to provide best service.
