Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide 24 / 7 engineering support IRT all FIOC UK systems to ensure full Operational Capability (OC) is achieved (or mitigated) at all times.
• Responsible for 1st and 2nd line diagnostic support and rectification of all FIOC UK equipment (iaw current engineering standards).
• Ensure engineering representation at all JSSU Digby PAG and Partner Nations infrastructure projects forums and conferences.
• Liaise with UK / US authorities / agencies as necessary to maintain OC and / or facilitate the integration of future upgrades / equipment fits.
• Act as and / or deputise as Team Lead as required. Act as Access Accounts Manager for MoDNet and PAG high-side systems; liaise accordingly with JSSU Digby IHUB and PAG authorities.
• Fulfil the role of CBO / ITSO / MTO to ensure FIOC UK remains compliant to all MoD directed procedures / regulations
