The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in solution engineering and strong communication skills. They will lead technical sales processes, implement solutions, and work collaboratively across teams. This position is based in London, requiring in-office presence four times a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles.
• 2 years in fintech - Bonus!
• Deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.
• Proven experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking approach to client challenges.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills - ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Independence and proactivity - thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales processes, owning the technical aspects of sales cycles.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients.
• Develop and present customized solutions addressing client challenges.
• Lead technical implementation of Justt’s solutions for new clients.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to maximize client value.
• Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams.
