Qualifications

• Strong consumer PR experience, ideally in fintech, financial services or another consumer-facing sector.
• Ability to secure meaningful coverage and explain complex topics clearly to a broad audience.
• Willingness to take ownership of PR direction and hands-on writing, pitching and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a PR plan aligned with growth ambitions.
• Pitch stories to consumer, financial and national media.
• Build relationships with journalists and editors.
• Write press releases, comments and thought leadership pieces.
• Prepare senior leaders for interviews and media opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to keep messaging clear and consistent.
• Track coverage and measure impact on awareness and reputation.
