Job summary

Mondrian Delta in London is seeking a FinTech & Digital Assets Equity Analyst to join a newly established investment team. The role focuses on a directional long/short equity strategy, leveraging insights from Macro, Quant and Data Science teams to generate high-conviction ideas.

You will conduct fundamental research across FinTech and Digital Assets, build detailed financial models, and meet with management and industry participants.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years' buy-side or relevant sell-side equity research experience.
• Strong knowledge of FinTech, Payments, Financial Infrastructure, Exchanges or Digital Assets ecosystem.
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills.
• A demonstrable passion for investing and public markets.
• The ability to develop differentiated, fundamental investment views.
• Prior long/short hedge fund experience is advantageous but not essential.
